I have been trying it out for roughly 5 -10 minutes on most days for about 1 week at first it clicked persistently gradually my tempo improved and the clicks stopped on majority of swings then I played a round today most shots improved with much smoother action definitely worth sticking with it can’t wait for better scores to keep coming

This is a great tool to help improve my mechanics and tempo. I also like the grip trainer that gets my hands in the perfect position. I use this around the house and also take it to the course and use it to warm up before rounds.
Easy to use. I warm up with 10 right hand only swings, 10 left hand only swings, and 10 both hand swings. Audio feedback as well as sensory feedback in hands lets you know when release is too early. Also the white ball gives visual feedback on my swing path and detects if i am too out to in or in to out. I think it helps w consistency and tempo.
