Shipping policy

At TruLink Golf, we aim to deliver high-quality products to your door as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery timeframes, locations, carriers, fees, and how we handle delays and tracking.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Once processed, tracking information will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.

  • You will not be charged for an order until it has been accepted and processed.


2. Shipping Times

We ship directly from our international warehouse partners to keep costs low and delivery efficient.

🕐 Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons or carrier disruptions, slight delays may occur.


3. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted logistics partners including:

  • 4PX

  • YANWEN

  • Wanb Express

  • USPS (Final Mile in US)

  • Royal Mail (Final Mile in UK)

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number

  • Updates may take up to 48 hours to appear in the tracking system

  • If you haven’t received tracking within 3 days of ordering, please contact us at support@trulinkgolf.com


5. Shipping Fees

  • We offer free or flat-rate shipping depending on location and promotions.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • All orders may be subject to customs and import fees based on your country’s laws.

  • These charges are not covered by TruLink Golf and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We cannot mark packages as gifts or undervalue items to avoid customs.


7. Delays & Exceptions

We do our best to ensure timely delivery. However, TruLink Golf is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by customs clearance, extreme weather, or courier strikes

  • Shipping delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Orders refused by the recipient or returned to sender

  • If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please file a claim with your shipping carrier. Unfortunately, Trulink Golf is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If your order is delayed beyond 15 business days, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier. We may offer a 30% partial refund or full replacement depending on the situation.


8. Lost or Stuck Packages

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  • Double-check around your mailbox, porch, and neighbours

  • Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark as delivered before actual arrival)

  • Contact us — we will work with the carrier to obtain proof of delivery

  • If the item cannot be recovered, please contact the courier


9. Partial Shipments

In rare cases, items may ship separately (e.g., if one item is backordered or from a different warehouse). You’ll receive tracking numbers for each package.


10. Changes to Shipping Information

If you made a mistake in your shipping address:

  • Email us immediately at support@trulinkgolf.com

  • We can update your address only before the order is shipped

  • Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages


11. Order Cancellations

We aim to process orders quickly. If you wish to cancel:

  • Email us within 12 hours of placing the order

  • After your order ships, we cannot cancel it—you may return it once received (see our Return Policy)
