At TruLink Golf, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee from the date of purchase. Please read the full policy below to understand your rights and our responsibilities.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You are eligible for a full refund or exchange if you request a return within 30 days of your purchase date and your item meets the return conditions outlined below.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

All returns must include a handwritten note containing your full name, order number, item name/SKU, and the words "TruLink Golf Return."

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
⚠️ Please note: Any items returned without identifying information or used/damaged condition may be rejected or not refunded.
3. Return Shipping & Fees

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect, defective, or damaged in transit.

A $2 handling/storage fee may be deducted if the return is not clearly labeled or not suitable for resale.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your proof of return.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

Notify you via email of the return receipt

Issue a full refund (minus any applicable fees) to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
5. Exchange & Replacements
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. However, if you received:

The wrong item (e.g. right-handed instead of left-handed), you may return it and request a refund or store credit.

A damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:

Double-check your bank account or credit card statement

Contact your payment provider – processing can take up to 5 business days

7. Shipping Delays & Exceptions
We offer tracked international shipping from our warehouses in Asia and the U.S. Standard shipping takes 7–10 business days, plus 1–2 days processing.
Delayed Orders:

If your order is delayed past 15 business days, contact us.

We will investigate with the courier and issue a 30% partial refund if the issue is unresolved within 48 hours.

Full refunds are issued for confirmed lost or undelivered parcels.
Delivered But Not Received:

If the courier marks your order “delivered” but you did not receive it, we’ll contact the courier for proof of delivery.

If no proof is provided or the package is missing, you’ll be eligible for a replacement or full refund.
8. Refund Exclusions
We cannot offer refunds for:

Items received over 30 days ago

Items showing clear signs of wear or use

Returned products without sufficient customer/order identification

Wrong item ordered by customer (e.g., selecting right-handed instead of left-handed)
9. Canceling an Order
We cannot guarantee cancellation of an order once it has been placed. If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a full refund.
